i appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere so much. there were personalized gifts for my dog upon arrival. the owner was very helpful when i asked questions. i was made sure i was still happy in my room after the first night. the breakfast was very enjoyable. we had a choice of doggy breakfasts, and the room was really comfortable with all that we needed. it was great!

the mini fridge had an odour, so i could not use it. the room was very small. i had no window to look outside. i found this inconvenient and disappointing.

The garden room was fantastic! it had direct access to the garden. my dog could go outside easily. the room amenities were plentiful. i especially liked the fan. It saved me! the bed was huge, and the pillows were so plump. i slept like a log!!!

the mini-fridge in my room had a slight odor, so i chose not to use it.

the host, lucy, gave a warm welcome and showed sincere attentiveness . both lucy and jet were very friendly. communications were great. i received very helpful and friendly service from them!!!

the room was spacious and super clean. i found a wonderful selection of amenities inside the room. the fluffy towels and slippers were really comfortable! the room also provided guides with useful advice on local places to visit.
